These free events are primarily for centres delivering Pearson Work Based Learning qualifications such as BTEC Apprenticeships, NVQs and BTECs.

We would also welcome centres considering implementing these qualifications who would like an opportunity to speak to our subject experts and meet other deliverers.

Due to popular demand we are providing another opportunity for teachers of Art and Design GCSE, GCE and BTEC courses to work with the inspirational collections of the Courtauld Gallery, developing ways to expand their students' critical and analytical understanding in making personal and creative connections with their own work.

Update 11, 2011 - Critical and Contextual Studies at the Courtauld Gallery

This is an opportunity for our Art and Design teachers to spend the day with one of our senior examiners and the Courtauld Gallery education team. You will use artefacts in the gallery to stimulate ideas in relation to Critical and Contextual studies. Thanks to all the Experts who have helped answer your questions this year, plus new resources.
