Hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism is one of the UK’s largest industry sectors, employing almost two million people (1,887,700) which equates to seven per cent of all UK jobs.The sector currently has around 146,000 businesses in Great Britain, operating from 206,000 outlets, and accounts for 4.5 percent of the UK’s total economic output.
