Health & Social Care

The health and social care sector provides people across the UK with statutory, private and voluntary care services in the three core areas of health, social care and early years. It is a complex, resource-dependent sector, with a rapidly ageing workforce, fast-changing priorities and emerging new roles. This has created two imperatives: the need to attract younger individuals into the sector and the need to upskill existing staff.
