How does online training work?
Participating in online training is a simple process. Once you are in the training room and the event has started, you will be able to see the presentation, hear the presenter and ask questions through an onscreen chat window. All you need is a PC/laptop, internet access and a headset or speakers. A projector is also required if the whole department requires training.
