Edexcel's BTEC Level 3 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Professional Cookery) (QCF) aims to extend the knowledge and understanding of adults working in this sector. It covers the preparation, cooking and finishing of a range of dishes, plus aspects of the working environment such as health and safety and working relationships.
This qualification has been redeveloped and accredited on the Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) for first teaching from April 2011. The final accredited specification can be accessed below.
