BTEC WorkSkills: Effective delivery and assessment

Delegates will:

• discuss the rationale and structure of the qualification
• consider different models for delivery
• look at examples of curriculum planning and embedding key skills
• consider effective assignment writing and how to assess learner work effectively
• have the opportunity to ask questions.

These events can count as two hours of CPD.
 

New to WorkSkills and other MySkills qualifications

These free online events will:

• introduce you to the WorkSkills offer
• see how WorkSkills has been used in schools and colleges
• look at how to use imaginative examples of evidence to suit learners’ needs
• allow delegates the opportunity to ask questions.
   

Using SEPE for group activities

This event provides an introduction to Supporting Employability and Personal Effectiveness (SEPE), and how this qualification allows individual recognition for group activities. This qualification is based on units from the WorkSkills qualifications.

Delegates will:

• match units for mixed ability group
• write cross-curricular schemes of work
• write assignments for group activities and be able to assess an individual
• have the opportunity to ask questions.
