Effective Delivery and Assessment live online training events
These online events have been designed for teachers delivering the Home Cooking Skills qualification and will focus on best practice delivery and assessment.

Home Cooking Skills Webinar recording
An edited recording of the launch presentation provides you with an overview of Home Cooking Skills, including an overview of the content, how to assess the qualifications, and the resources available to help you deliver the course. The recording lasts 20 minutes an includes a voiceover.

Lead Internal Verifier Training
Each BTEC centre appoints a Lead Internal Verifier (Lead IV) who is responsible for ensuring all tutors assess to the correct standard. Training for new Lead IVs is compulsory, but is free and can be completed via either a live or a recorded online webinar. Once you have registered to deliver the course, Lead IV webinars can be booked via www.edexcelonline.com (see your exams officer for password access).
