There are some fantastic free resources available to help deliver the course. These include:

• Skills videos
• Recipes with clear step-by-step photos
• Fact and Activity sheets
• Student learner logs which helps students keep track of their progress.

These are available on a dedicated website – www.jamieshomecookingskills.com. To help you get started, all the recipes, factsheets, activities and skills videos have been divided into categories to coincide with the topics suggested in the specification and according to the qualification level. Simply click on the Index tab to navigate the resources. Also on the website is an area to upload students photos so they can show off what they’ve cooked.
