Our BTEC Enterprise Skills qualifications are designed for learners interested in developing core enterprise skills at Level 2. They will learn how to develop an entrepreneurial mindset, create a business plan, marketing strategy and financial targets based on thorough research of their market and business environment. Throughout the course, they will gain the confidence to react and adapt to change and reflect on their own experiences. These qualifications allow learners to interact with entrepreneurs and take responsibility for their actions within a supportive framework, whilst working on their core leadership and teamworking skills.
The BTEC Enterprise Skills qualifications can be taken in conjunction with the BTEC Level 2 Certificate in Work Experience for Enterprise.
The BTEC Work Experience for Enterprise qualification encourages learners to focus on enterprise in the workplace and should be taken alongside a work experience placement. By undertaking specific projects on their work experience placements, learners will develop their knowledge and put these skills into practice working on real business issues.
