The GCE O level Mathematics Syllabus B was introduced by Edexcel to bring together the ‘modern’ and ‘traditional’ approaches to O level Mathematics. Concepts included in the specification include numbers, measurement of length, area and volume sets and set language, basic algebra functions of variables, representation of data as a matrix, scalar and vector quantities, geometrical properties of Euclidean space use of sine, cosine and tangent angles up to 180ºand general representation of numerical data. |
