Edexcel’s GCE O level Economics syllabus aims to foster students’ understanding that economic developments affect not only individual countries, but also the global economy. Specific areas of change encompassed in this syllabus include the shift in the importance of the government and the economy in many countries; the growth of multinational companies and the changing nature of world trade; and the global effects of trends in population size and composition. Students will also learn how to interpret and use data in their analysis of economics. |
