Edexcel's Management NVQs, at levels 2, 3, 4 and 5, and SVQs are applicable across all business sectors and organisations and are aimed at individuals who are in management positions and who are keen to develop their management skills.

Each level is linked to the manager's work role. Level 5 is for senior managers, level 4 is for middle managers, and level 3 is suitable for supervising managers.  At level 2, the NVQ in Team Leading is suitable for those responsible for supervising and managing others in an operational role. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills such as working with others, managing oneself, and coordinating the work of others.
