Edexcel’s Advice and Guidance NVQs, at levels 2, 3 and 4, are aimed at individuals working in any setting that involves advice and guidance; for example, advice centres or training establishments. These qualifications are likely to be suitable for you if you are working as a customer service advisor, help desk advisor or careers advisor. Possible career routes include progression to the role of customer service manager, careers guidance manager or counsellor.
