Unfortunately, we've had to make an amendment to Unit 2 in the Edexcel Level 2 Diploma in Clinical Healthcare Support (QCF) specification.

Learning outcome 4, 'Be able to respect equality and diversity when communicating', is not required. Learners do not need to provide evidence for this learning outcome to achieve the unit.
 
It should read, 'Be able to apply principles and practices relating to confidentiality at work'. This was the original learning outcome 5 in issue 1 of the specification.

Any learner who has already completed this unit will not have been disadvantaged.
