BTEC Nationals from 2010 | Enterprise and Entrepreneurship
Meet the graduatesĀ
  • Natalie Hutchinson

Natalie Hutchinson, 19, from Blackburn, has been interested in business from a young age, so when it came to making a decision for her GSCE and A levels, Business Studies was the natural choice both times. However, after completing these two academic qualifications she felt she needed more business experience, and as a result Natalie joined the NEA to embark upon the BTEC Enterprise and Entrepreneurship course.
  • Sarah Chester

After her A level year, Sarah Chester, 19, from Knutsford, knew she wanted to go to university, but wanted to learn about business before she went on to start a creative course. She chose to go to the NEA, wanting a break from the subjects she studied at A level which she would be continuing at university. Sarah knew that she could go to university at any time and felt that taking the BTEC course at the NEA would be a fantastic opportunity for her to enhance her CV with valuable work experience and business understanding.
  • Ratnesh Bakhai

After completing his A levels, Ratnesh Bakhai, 19, from Oadby in Leicester was looking to gain not only another academic qualification, but also life experience. Ratnesh made the decision to take up a place at the National Enterprise Academy (NEA) because the BTEC in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship sounded like it was made for him - exciting, practical, challenging, business-orientated and different.
