The aviation industry is growing at a rapid pace. Recent developments have included a huge increase in new ‘budget’ airlines and an increase in routes offered. Students completing The BTEC Level 3 National Award, Certificate and Diploma in Aviation Operations can go on to a university degree or Foundation Degree in an appropriate vocational discipline, to BTEC HNCs or HNDs, or to employment in areas such as customer liaison, ramp work, cargo operations, ground handling or traditional airline jobs including cabin crew and customer service.

These qualifications have now been extended until 31 December 2012.
