The children’s care sector comprises statutory, private and voluntary provision of care services. Strict regulation means employees must demonstrate the highest standards of care and professional conduct. The BTEC Level 3 National Award, Certificate and Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development can provide a springboard to a university degree or Foundation Degree in an appropriate vocational discipline, to BTEC HNCs and HNDs, or to employment.
