International GCSE from 2009  | English (as 2nd language)
International GCSE specifications are not approved for use in UK state schools.

Our International GCSE in English (as a second language) has been primarily designed for students who are either obtaining their secondary education through English as a medium of instruction, or who are studying English in order to enhance their future educational or employment prospects. Benchmarked at level B2 in the Council of Europe’s Common European Framework, it is appropriate for delivery in schools and colleges and is graded A* to G. Reading, writing and listening skills are tested through two examination papers. An optional speaking test is endorsed separately. Read more
