Edexcel’s International GCSE in Religious Studies allows students to study some of the main issues and questions about beliefs and values from the perspective of a religion or religions of their choice. Teachers can explore contemporary issues with their students and consider these issues alongside the study of religious teachings and practices. Examination questions and coursework allow students to demonstrate their knowledge and understanding of religion and express their own ideas and opinions in evaluating contemporary views about religion.
