The Controlled Assessment Briefs (CABs) for Unit 2 and Unit 4 will now be released on Thursday 31 May rather than Thursday 24 May as originally scheduled. We apologise for this delay and hope it does not cause too much inconvenience. The CABs can be securely downloaded from the website from Thursday 31 May to allow you to review them before the end of term.

We've decided to extend the life of these CABs by one year to help centres move from the modular to the linear specification. The May 2012 CABs will be available for assessment in June 2013, June 2014 and June 2015. CABs released from May 2013 onwards will be available for two summer sessions, starting two years after their release. The table below summarises this.
