We've put together a summary of need-to-know deadlines for you to remember this term:
GCSE - Examination series: June 2011
15 May 2011 - Final date for coursework samples, record sheets, the yellow copy of OPTEMS and coursework marks to be sent by centres to moderators, and top copy of the OPTEMS to Edexcel.
15 May 2011 - GCSE 2009 MFL speaking tests in Arabic, Japanese and Greek to have taken place by this date.
15 May 2011 - Materials relating to GCSE 2009 MFL Units 2 and 4 must be submitted by this date.
5 July 2011 - Final date for submitting special consideration requests to Edexcel.
24 August 2011 - Restricted release of results to centres only.
25 August 2011 - Release of results to candidates.
GCE - Examination series: June 2011
15 May 2011 - Final date for Edexcel to receive centre marks.
15 May 2011 - MFL Unit 1 and 3 speaking tests to have taken place by this date.
6 July 2011 - Final date for submitting special consideration requests to Edexcel.
17 August 2011 - Restricted release of results to centres only.
18 August 2011 - Release of results to candidates.

Please remember:
Terminal rule: 40% of the subject must be completed at the point when the final GCSE grade is requested and certificated.
Cash in: You must remember to request your students' overall GCSE grade by entering the code for the cash in. |
