How to prepare for controlled assessmentsWe've organised special face-to-face ‘How to set tasks and prepare for controlled assessment’ meetings to support teachers in delivering their GCSE programmes. Designed for new or experienced teachers preparing for the 2013 series, these sessions will be run by a practising teacher and experienced trainer. They include opportunities to develop practical classroom strategies for controlled assessments, discuss how best to conduct the oral assessments and share good practice.
These meetings complement language-specific ‘How to mark’, ‘How tasks are marked’ and other feedback-type events across all languages with controlled assessments.
