GCSE from 2001 | History B (short course)

 History
Edexcel's GCSE short course in History B is one of three history short courses, each with a distinctly different approach. It requires students to study history in outline, with the option of in-depth study through their coursework unit. History is studied on a variety of scales: local, British, European and world history. British history comprises at least 75% of the course, but students can also choose either to explore their British studies more deeply via local history, or to look more widely at modern European and world history.
