Edexcel’s Geography short course GCSE, designed to take half the teaching time of a full course, has a people-environment approach, giving a broad coverage of physical, human and environmental aspects of the subject.

Final examinations for this specification took place in 2010. This subject has been replaced by a new specification developed for first teaching from September 2009.
