Revision Express 'General Studies AS and A2' - Batchelor, Davies and Little (2008, Longman) ISBN 9781408206560. [Not to be confused with the original 'unrevised' edition]
A level General Studies - Little and Davies (2001, Longman) ISBN 0582447615. This textbook was written for Curriculum 2000, but much of the content is still relevant, as are the activities. The section on T&A skills is relevant. The skills sections in the AS book are relevant to A2.
