More about our GCE from 2008 in Food Technology 

Our Food Technology GCE seeks to develop students’ knowledge and understanding of, and skills and application in, designing food products. Students will be able to produce food products that are fit for purpose, satisfy wants or needs, and enhance our day-to-day lives. The specification also aims to develop students’ research, analysis, product development, project planning and evaluation skills.
