GCr Religious Studies

This specification provides flexible pathways for the study of philosophy, ethics, the New Testament and world religions. It is designed to encourage an interest in, and enthusiasm for, a rigorous study of religion, and to enable students to develop insights into areas of knowledge, belief and thought central to an understanding of the modern world. Progression is built into the qualification structure: A2 units develop the themes introduced at AS. An anthology, available to download free from this web page, supports Units 3 and 4.

Examination questions are clear and straightforward, enabling students to demonstrate their knowledge, understanding and evaluative skills.
