Edexcel's Advanced Subsidiary (AS) and Advanced level (A2) specification has been designed to cultivate students’ interest in and enthusiasm for psychology. It features a balance between classic research and the latest developments in modern psychology; develops an understanding of the different areas of the subject, particularly cognitive, social and physiological psychology; and encourages practical work.
