Edexcel’s GCE in Law aims to develop students’ knowledge and understanding of legal rules and institutions, as well as an appreciation of the function of law in society. Students will learn to apply analytical and critical thinking to the legal environment. They will also gain an understanding of the application of legal principles across different branches of law, and learn about particular statutes and cases and how these are applied to the determination of disputes. |
