Onscreen functional skills research
We would like to invite you to take part in our onscreen functional skills research trials scheduled for March/April and June 2010. We are offering up to £50 of educational resources in return for your participation in the following:
Stage 1
- Small-scale trials taking place in March and April
- Aimed at testing the suitability of individual questions for both English and maths at Level 1 and Level 2
- This will involve a small group of learners responding to a series of onscreen questions.
Stage 2
- Larger-scale trials commencing in June
- Aimed at establishing the fitness for purpose and reliability of the onscreen assessments in both English and maths at Level 1 and Level 2
- This will involve at least 15 learners from your centre completing an onscreen test and providing feedback on their experience.
