Sample learning programme

• Level 1 WorkSkills suite of learning offers preparatory units for employment, e.g. searching for a job, learning from work placement, interview skills, working in a team, career progression, and setting and meeting targets at work
   
• Level 1 Certificate in STEM Leadership Skills, including units on communicating solutions to others, developing personal skills for leadership, learning from colleagues, practising leadership skills
   
• Level 1 Supporting Employability and Personal Effectiveness
   
• Level 1 Functional skills in English, maths and ICT
   
• Level 1 BTEC Vocational Qualifications
   
• 20 key sectors covered, including Travel and Tourism, Creative Media Production, Hospitality, Construction, Business Administration, Performing Arts, Engineering, and Sport and Active Leisure.
