The children’s care sector comprises statutory, private and voluntary provision of care services. Employees in this strictly regulated sector need to demonstrate the highest standards of care and professional conduct in the workplace. 

The BTEC Level 2 First Certificate and Diploma in Children’s Care, Learning and Development are designed to introduce learners to working in the sector or prepare them for further study.
