Students taking the Entry Level Certificate in Design and Technology have a choice of five units and can focus on one of the five units. These are:
- Resistant Materials Technology
- Graphic Products
- Textiles Technology
- Food Technology
- Systems and Control Technology - Electronics or Mechanisms.
Assessment is via supervised tasks and coursework tasks set by Edexcel.
