Now that the government has established its Every Child Matters agenda, this is a sector that demands dedicated professionalism and initiatives to build a more skilled workforce. Our Apprenticeships have been built around that requirement, and provide your learners with a thorough introduction to working with children and young people. They encourage your learners to consider whether it is the right career path and give them nationally recognised qualifications which have been developed with the Children’s Workforce Development Council, the Sectors Skills Council for children and young people. |
