BTEC Specialist Qualifications | Hospitality and Catering Principles (L2)
Edexcel's BTEC Level 2 Awards and Certificates in Hospitality and Catering Principles give learners the knowledge, understanding and skills that they need to prepare for working in the hospitality sector. These qualifications cover hygiene and safety, teamwork, giving customers a positive impression, and a range of optional units.
