NVQ and competence-based qualifications (QCF) | Hospitality and Catering
Please see below for the new QCF-accredited specifications. We have worked closely with the Sector Skills Councils throughout the development of these specifications, to ensure that they fit all of the latest National Occupational Standards (NOS) and meet the needs of employers and individual learners.
Note on Additional Assessment requirements/ Evidence requirements - These assessment requirements are on the website and should now be used in conjunction with the Hospitality NVQ specifications (wherever the units occur) for any units that have NOT been completed/claimed by 1st March 2012. Where learners are still working towards the listed units on 1st March and beyond, they will be expected to provide evidence against the requirements set out in the document below and adhere to the assessment guidance where relevant.
