BTEC training and events provision for autumn 2011

We understand that support from your awarding organisation makes all the difference to your confidence in a qualification, and your enjoyment when delivering it. Therefore, working with a team of sector experts, and taking into account feedback from practitioners, we have developed a comprehensive selection of training and events which are engaging, relevant and extremely useful for anyone involved with BTEC.

Free qualification and curriculum events

These events are designed for senior leaders in schools to receive the latest information on current issues and policies affecting schools. They also provide support in developing an innovative curriculum to help motivate learners and raise attainment. See a list of events here

Getting started with BTEC

These events will give you everything you need to know to get going with your BTEC qualifications. They will explain BTEC philosophy, the procedures and admin processes, the basics of internal verification, the requirements for centres and staff, the BTEC style of delivery and assessment, BTEC terminology, the structure and the support available and more.

We are in the process of uploading some recorded BTEC modules that cover these topics. These will be available for you to access at your convenience.

We will update this page shortly once you are able to book on to these events.
