We’re pleased to announce the release of our new Employer Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) workbooks for Hairdressing and Barbering. The ERR workbook is recommended for use by training providers to deliver the knowledge required by apprentices attending a full-time course in Hairdressing or Barbering. You'll find these workbooks on the Hairdressing and Barbering NVQ or Apprenticeships pages.
All employed apprentices need to be aware of their rights and obligations to ensure the legal rights of both the employer and the employee are protected. Apprentices are required to demonstrate their knowledge of ERR in order to complete the Apprenticeship Framework.
