If candidates do not collect certificates, it is the centre’s responsibility to retain them for a minimum of 12 months.  

After this time, the certificates may be destroyed (in a confidential manner). However, candidates should be informed that replacement certificates are no longer available. 

Uncollected certificates should not be returned to Edexcel.
