You are here: Skip Navigation LinksEdexcel > I want to ...

Question papers, mark schemes and examiners' reports for November 2009 and earlier sessions are available to download from the individual qualification subject pages of this website, using your Edexcel Online login.

The schedule for publication for the January 2010 examination series is as follows:

  • Question papers - Available now.
  • Mark schemes - Available now.
  • Examiners’ reports - Available now.

Examiners' reports for GCE (Curriculum 2000) specifications - January 2010 examination series
As January 2010 was the last exam sitting for GCE (Curriculum 2000), the entry was very small, and no further resits are possible, Edexcel will not publish examiners’ reports for these specifications.

So that you can see how examiners applied the mark scheme, the mark scheme is available for you to download from the subject pages on our website. If you have any queries about individual candidates' results, our normal post-results services are available and include the option to request ‘access to scripts’.

You can find grade boundaries for these specifications here.

The Edexcel copyright policy has changed. For the most recent information, please download our Reproduction of Edexcel materials by centres policy or read it below.

Reproduction of Edexcel materials by centres

All materials published by Edexcel are protected by copyright legislation and may not be copied or made available electronically in whole or in part without permission from Edexcel. This includes specifications, schemes of work, past question papers and mark schemes, and all other materials.

The following sets out the circumstances/contexts whereby Edexcel permission is given to its centres in relation to access to and copying its materials, including those related to examinations.

Question papers and mark schemes
Approved examination centres do not need to obtain prior permission from Edexcel to reproduce or make available past papers and mark schemes provided they observe the following conditions:

  1. photocopies and print-outs from web downloads or CD-roms are for use only in practice examinations or revision or for teaching purposes within the centre
  2. no charge is made to students or to anyone else for any of these materials

Note that certain papers that contain material copyrighted by third parties may not be made available to centres in whole or in part for revision purposes because those copyright owners have not given permission for use beyond the original examination.

Intranets and micro-sites
Centres may save copies of Edexcel materials onto their intranets or micro-sites provided they observe the following conditions

  1. these intranets or micro-sites are for use by the centre community only and cannot be accessed publicly
  2. materials are used for the purposes of instruction only
  3. materials are not copied for a different use outside the centre
  4. materials are not offered for sale in any format
  5. the integrity of the original materials is maintained eg. meanings are not changed and items remain unabridged
  6. past question papers and mark schemes are retained on intranets or micro-sites for no longer than 5 years after the examination series for which the question paper was produced
  7. the centre is responsible for ensuring that if Edexcel issues an updated or amended version of a document (for instance a specification) this must replace the earlier version on the centre’s intranet.

Note that centres may be asked to confirm that they have observed all the above conditions.

Audio components
Music and language CDs must not be copied or digitised. Where third-party copyright restrictions allow, Edexcel will make available electronic files of audio components.

Edexcel may vary these conditions at any time.
