You've told us you'd like us to make it easier to request your examiner labels - so we have!

You can now request new Parcelforce labels using our online form. (Please note that, for security purposes, you'll need an Edexcel Online registered email address).

With the new online request form, you'll also benefit from:

• faster processing of your requests
• improved visibility and consistency of our service
• extra security when submitting your request.

You should request new Parcelforce labels if you:

• have not received your labels
• need additional labels for posting purposes.

Labels are only valid for two weeks from the date they're produced, so please make sure you don't request them more than two weeks before the examination date.

Please note that you cannot request labels:

• for key skills, Adult Literacy and Adult Numeracy, or Edexcel International GCSE
• for internally moderated coursework (for example, for Principal Learning or the Extended Project)
• for centres outside England
• if your centre is not within the scope of the Parcelforce label programme
• for transferred candidates. (This is an automated process, and you'll receive labels as soon as we've processed the transferred candidate application).
