You will be able to upgrade your software using Windows Installer Technology (MSI).

Change to exam booking process from 30 September 2009
As a result of your feedback, we have been working to improve our booking system on Edexcel Online.
When you book a test and it cannot be scheduled, you will now see a much clearer message informing you why it cannot be booked.
This change will be live as of 30 September.
Updated guidance on the booking procedure is in our current 'Onscreen Testing User Guide' (below).
Procedural change from 1 October 2009
From 1 October, centres should keep copies of all score reports that are produced at the end of the tests for every candidate present. These can be printed or retained as electronic copies. They are to be used as evidence of attendance and should be stored in centres for all candidates for two months after the tests. They may be requested at any time during this period by Edexcel.
Although score reports have not been produced for onscreen GCSEs in the past, from September 2009 an Evidence of Attendance report will be produced for each candidate at the end of each test. These will not display any information regarding candidates' performance in the test.
The Evidence of Attendance reports can be printed or retained as electronic copies, and should be stored for all candidates for two months after the tests. They will act as evidence that candidates were present for the tests.
