expand Eclipse Learner Management and Administration System (ELSL)

The Eclipse Examinations module is totally integrated with the core system Eclipse Learner Management and Administration System. The links between Enrolments, Provision, Qualification Aim Code and ILR are an integral part of the system design. Eclipse accommodates multi-location and Exams multi-centres and offers a comprehensive Exams Seating Plan.
 
EDI data import is a standard function of Eclipse for basedata and examination dates using the standard awarding bodies’ formats (EDI is recommended). The system currently supports the latest Joint Council EDI interface version 10.
 
Exam results are imported via EDI. The ILR codes for completion, outcome and grade are automatically updated as part of the results entry process.

QLS student management from Distinction Systems supports all the Edexcel electronic data exchange facilities including submissions/registrations, withdrawals and results. QLS is part of the wider suite of integrated management information systems specifically designed for the FE sector, which also includes financial, HR and customer relationship management.
