When a candidate has received their unit results but not their award, a late subject award (cash-in) can be submitted for DiDA, GCE AS or A level, or GCSE. For candidates who wish to make late requests for awards, the centre can call Edexcel on the relevant customer service number for up to ten requests. All other requests should be emailed to Customer Services at serviceoperations@edexcel.com. Please note that late cash-in requests incur a fee. Alternatively, please update candidate entries on your MIS and send an EDI file.
Please see the published calendar for the closing date for late cash-ins. For the January examination series this is normally four weeks after results are issued.
The closing date for late cash-ins for the January examination series is four weeks after results are issued.
The closing date for DiDA and GCE late cash-ins for the June examination series is also four weeks after results are issued. As GCSE certificates are issued before this date, the closing date is two weeks after the results are issued.
