Methods of reporting

There are three methods of reporting success:

• Student report form (SRF)
• EDI EDIFACT transmission
• Edexcel Online 

SRF

Personalised forms (SRFs) will be produced on initial registration and after interim reporting. If you should lose your SRF, you can obtain a reprint from customer services.

EDI transmission

You can also claim certificates and send us learners’ results electronically by EDI, in which case you should not submit an SRF.

Edexcel Online

You can report results and claim certification through Edexcel Online.

You should only submit claims for work that has been forwarded to the EV. Only pass achievement should be reported.
