Registration, January and June 2010 basedata (09/09/09)

We will post basedata in JCQ version 12 in the table below on the following dates.

The basedata complies with the JCQ agreed "Formats for the exchange of examination related data” version 12. It contains syllabus, option, component, timetable and fees information and is designed to be imported into your MIS (Management Information System). If you MIS does not support version 12, please contact your MIS supplier for an upgrade.

If you require JCQ version 11 basedata for any of the January and June 2010 exam series, please email eprocessing@edexcel.com and we will send you the basedata. We will only issue the results for these exam series in JCQ version 12.

IMPORTANT NOTE - REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED FOR APPLIED GCE: Centres must ensure that registrations are sent for all candidates who are yet to be registered, in addition to any entries for specific exam sessions.  Edexcel will auto-register candidates on the relevant 3-unit qualification where an entry is received without a corresponding registration.

All entry basedata files have been updated 12/10/09. This is to remove the additional fee for provision of chemicals for 6246 Chemistry 6, as this option is not available in 2010.
