Please note that:

• You will need a valid centre number to place your order. If you are unsure of your centre number, please contact your Examinations Officer who can provide this to you.
   
• Only one DVD will be issued per centre.
   
• DVDs are despatched via second class post and will be sent to your centre.
   
• Ten working days should be allowed for delivery after submitting your completed form.
