We don't normally delete learner registrations or refund fees once we have accepted your registrations.
However, we're aware that there may be learners who drop out from academic year programmes over the Christmas period. Therefore, we will accept all requests for the deletion of learners between September of the year of registration and 31 January of the academic year of registration, provided you notify us by letter by 31 January and provided that the learners have not completed any units. You must give the candidate name and registration number in the letter.
The withdrawal of candidates online or on the SRF can take place throughout the year and will not credit back any fees.
This provision does not apply to any other candidate intake. A new candidate cannot replace an individual who has been registered and has subsequently left the programme.
