We don't normally delete learner registrations or refund fees once we have accepted your registrations.
However, we're aware that there may be learners who drop out from academic year programmes over the Christmas period. Therefore, we will accept all requests for the deletion of learners registered from September of the year of registration provided you notify us by emailing serviceoperations@edexcel.com before 31 January of the academic year of registration, and provided the learners have not completed any units.
The withdrawal of learners online can take place throughout the year and will not credit back any fees.
You must give the learner’s name and registration number in the email. This provision does not apply to any other learner intake. A new learner cannot replace an individual who has been registered and subsequently left the programme.
