An awards list will be issued for each programme. Where Learning and Skills Council (LSC) codes have been reported, a separate list will be produced for each LSC. These lists should be retained for information and for LSC funding purposes if required.

If certification is, exceptionally, issued outside our normal award date, we are unable to produce the awards list automatically and you will need to contact BTEC Service Operations.

The awards lists for full qualifications have been agreed by the QCDA and DfE as providing the appropriate evidence of learner achievement and they are acceptable as official documentary evidence for output-related payment purposes.

We also confirm all qualifications issued by a centre to each LSC monthly, where you have notified us at the time of registration that a learner is LSC funded.
